By the end of this certification series, the learner will have a good understanding of standard best practices for exception management within the TMP. The environment will be that of a set up that has no customization or configuration variations. The learner will be exposed to manual exception management for best practice execution within the TMP. Once passed, the learner will have end user experience.

Certification Examination

The examination for this certification will be an academic exam based on knowledge gained during the certification series. The exam will test learner on practical end user usage of the TMP for best practices.
